Ready to race across town?

The Amazing Race is coming to Cedar Falls on October 11th, and it’s not just a workout, it’s a full-day challenge of endurance, strategy, and teamwork.

You’ll compete in teams of 4, moving checkpoint to checkpoint across the city by bike, foot, and ruck, completing both physical workouts and mental puzzles along the way.

 What to expect:
 ~20 miles of biking
 ~2 miles of running
 ~5 miles of rucking (with weighted vests)
 Scored mental challenges and puzzles
 Scored team workouts with scaling options

This race isn’t just for the fastest or fittest. Strategy, communication, and problem-solving will matter just as much as muscle.
