We're throwing down with a little inner-gym competition (Team Style) for the 2025 CrossFit Games Open! Get signed up for just $20 and we'll split participants into even teams including divisions (Rx, Scaled, Masters). The number of teams we end up with will depend on # of participants! Scoring will be done via Google Doc. Workouts can completed in class on Fridays or during Friday Night Lights at 6 PM! If your team wins?? You'll earn a permanent spot in our gym with your very own Kilo Open team banner! Not to mention bragging rights for a full year!
