Whole30 Plus Challenge 9/18 – 10/18

Here’s what you need to know!
: Challenge runs Monday, September 18th – Wednesday, October 18th
: Cost to Register is $30 (Members of our Nutrition Class can register for FREE!)
: Pre and Post tests of body measurements and body fat % are OPTIONAL
: Schedule measurements and body fat % with a coach during your first week
: Pre-Test WOD will be the class workout on 9/18
: Post-Test WOD will be the class workout on 10/18
: You will record daily points based on Nutrition, Exercise, and Daily Activity
: Nutrition – 1 point - follow the Whole30 guidelines with the addition of the following foods
: Steel cut oats
: Whole grain brown rice
: Plain regular or Greek yogurt
: Milk – including plain almond milk and coconut milk
: Exercise – 1 point - minimum of 30min 6 days/week
: Daily Activity – 1 point - 8000 steps outside of your 30min of Exercise per day
: Choose 1 goal for the 30 days from the following list
: No eating out for 30 days
: Lose 2% or more in bodyfat
: Sleep minimum of 6hrs/night for 30 days
: Drink 64oz of water/day for 30 days
: PR mile time
: Overall winner of the challenge wins a FitBit or Apple Watch!
: How do you win? We’re keeping that a secret until the end! Just do your best to follow the rules listed above for 30 days straight!
